Siesta Lake
Siesta Lake
October, 2002

A weathered silver log, caressed by water lilies, survives another harsh Sierra winter and becomes a cog in the machinery of plant succession at Siesta Lake. A different feeling, to be sure, from Sunburst, Siesta Lake. This scene may be viewed in color.
